Kwale Governor Fatuma Achani received a significant donation of medical equipment from the Annick for Kenya Community-Based Organization (CBO) at the Kwale Sub-County Hospital. This initiative aims to enhance healthcare services and patient comfort in the region.

• The donation includes 30 modern recliner beds, 11 wheelchairs, and 5 walking aids.
• The initiative was spearheaded by Eddy Van Uytsel, CEO of Annick for Kenya, and highlights the organization's ongoing support for health, education, and water access projects in Kwale County.
• These new supplies will cater to the growing number of patients and improve critical care units, with Kwale County having previously constructed and equipped 178 health facilities and hired 1,800 health workers.
