CFAO Healthcare, the pharmaceutical arm of Toyota Group, has acquired 100 percent ownership of Goodlife Pharmacy, following regulatory approval from the COMESA Competition Commission. This move aims to expand CFAO Healthcare’s footprint in East Africa’s healthcare market, three years after initially acquiring a 30 percent stake.
