The National Assembly has approved significant changes to its committee memberships after a motion by Majority Whip Silvanus Osoro. These reshuffles affect several key departmental and oversight committees, impacting various Members of Parliament.

• Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has been moved to the Diaspora Affairs and Migrant Workers Committee, replaced by Edwin Mugo Gichuki in the Budget and Appropriations Committee.
• Several other MPs, including Muiruri Muthama Stanley, Bensuda Joyce Atieno Osogo, and Njoroge Mary Wamaua, have seen changes in their committee assignments.
• John Okano Bwire joined the Trade, Industry and Cooperatives Committee, succeeding Geoffrey Ruku, who was appointed Cabinet Secretary for Public Service.
