The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has publicly affirmed its internal unity and commitment to cooperation with President William Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza government, despite recent public criticism from Secretary General Edwin Sifuna regarding their pact.

• On July 29, the ODM Central Committee, led by Party Leader Raila Odinga, endorsed continued collaboration with the government for "national stability and dialogue."
• A joint technical team with the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) will be formed to implement a 10-point agenda, including the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO) report and increased county funding from Sh 415 billion to a minimum of Sh 450 billion.
• While Sifuna had previously accused UDA of failing to honor the MoU, Odinga defended his right to express dissent, even as other party leaders, like Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa, dismissed Sifuna’s remarks as personal and not the party's official stance.
