The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has mandated all motor vehicle and motorcycle owners in Kenya to update their duty status and vehicle records in its system. This directive aims to verify if vehicles operating on Kenyan roads fulfilled duty payments at the time of importation, addressing concerns about vehicles without proper tax clearance.
