- Harold Kipchumba was officially sworn-in on Tuesday, July 29, filling the seat under the Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) category.
- The IEBC stated its decision was fully compliant with constitutional principles and statutory provisions, sending a formal response to ODM on Monday, July 28.
