The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has defended its re-allocation of a National Assembly nomination slot, following protests from the ODM Youth League. The IEBC confirmed that Harold Kimuge Kipchumba was nominated to replace John Mbadi, adhering to Section 37 of the Elections Act.
