The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced that Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda will co-host the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN), making it the first time the regional bloc jointly hosts a major continental tournament. The competition is scheduled to run from August 2 to August 30, 2025.
- Five stadiums will host matches: Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani (Kenya), Benjamin Mkapa Stadium (Tanzania), Mandela National Stadium (Uganda), Nyayo Stadium (Kenya), and Amaan Stadium (Zanzibar).
- Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani in Nairobi, Kenya, a 60,000-seater venue, will host the final on August 30, along with Group A matches.
- The tournament's opening match on August 2 will be held at Tanzania's 60,000-capacity Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam.

Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda will co-host the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN), marking the first time the regional bloc jointly hosts a major continental football tournament, scheduled from August 2 to August 30, 2025. SuperSport has confirmed it will broadcast all matches, with the tournament kicking off in Dar es Salaam and Harambee Stars playing in Nairobi. Kenya's Harambee Stars, making their debut in CHAN 2024 Group A, will face formidable opponents including former champions, vying for a share of the Sh 1.3 billion total prize fund. Despite this, the Harambee Stars suffered a setback with forward Mohammed Bajaber ruled out due to a thigh injury, though defender Daniel Sakari remains optimistic about reaching the final at home.
