Kenya and Uganda signed eight new bilateral Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) in Nairobi, building on 17 existing agreements to strengthen cooperation across key sectors, with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni and Kenyan President William Ruto witnessing the ceremony.
