The 4th Kenya Affordable Housing Conference (KAHC 2025) will be held on August 7–8, 2025, in Kisumu County, hosted by the Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC). The conference, themed “Revolutionizing Housing: Innovation Meets Sustainability,” will gather over 250 leaders to shape Kenya’s housing future, emphasizing innovative and sustainable practices.

• The conference features over 250 leaders from government, finance, construction, academia, and development.
• Key figures include Prof. Anyang’ Nyong’o, Governor, Kisumu County; John Mbadi Ng’ong’o, Cabinet Secretary, National Treasury and Economic Planning; and Alice Wahome, Cabinet Secretary, Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development.
• International delegates from India, Malaysia, Tanzania, and Pakistan will share global best practices. A highlight includes a guided tour of Kisumu’s flagship housing developments in Makasembo, Anderson-Ofafa, and Lumumba Estate.
