The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has successfully recovered a Sh50 million plot of land in Mombasa County, originally grabbed from the Kenya Railways Corporation. The 0.0873-hectare property, referenced as Mombasa/Block XXVI/1137, was illegally allocated before being transferred to Kizingo Condominium Limited in 2011.
