St Joseph’s Boys High School, Kitale, secured their first national football title, while Butere Girls High School continued their dominance, winning their fourth overall title at the Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) National Term Two games on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at the Mumias Sports Complex.

• St Joseph’s triumphed over Musingu Boys High School with a 1-0 victory, thanks to a 63rd-minute goal from Shadrack Kiboi.
• Butere Girls defeated Madira Girls High School 1-0 with a ninth-minute strike by Metrin Kitiavi, marking their third consecutive and fourth overall national title.
• In other results, Sigalame High School and Buru Buru Girls High School won the basketball 3x3 championships, while Highway Secondary School and Nasokol Girls High School secured third places in football.
