The Kenya Urban Road Authority (KURA) has announced that the new four-lane flyover at the Ngong Road–Naivasha Road junction in Nairobi is slated for completion by July 2027. This project aims to alleviate traffic congestion and improve urban mobility in the area.

• The flyover will feature improved junctions, walkways, and cycling lanes as part of the ongoing rehabilitation of the Ngong Road corridor.
• KURA Director General, Silas Kinoti, emphasized the authority's commitment to completing stalled road projects swiftly.
• KURA also recently addressed concerns regarding temporary hoarding walls erected for maintenance on Kenyatta Avenue, assuring public safety during complex road works.
