The Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) has issued a travel advisory for passengers using Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) and Wilson Airport in Nairobi, urging them to plan for significant traffic disruptions due to road closures related to the ongoing African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024 tournament.

• Road closures and traffic restrictions are in effect around Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, and Nyayo National Stadium to facilitate the movement of teams and fans.
• The KAA advises passengers to allow extra travel time and check flight schedules.
• Affected roads include Aerodrome Road (fully closed), Lang’ata Road (one side closed), and Mombasa Road (one lane closed) near various roundabouts.
