Following the conclusion of the 2025 Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) National Term Two games in Kakamega, successful Kenyan teams are now focused on the upcoming Federation of East Africa Secondary Schools Sports Association (FEASSSA) games, which Kenya will host from August 14 to 23.

• Rift Valley Region secured the overall 2025 trophy with 201 points, combining their Term One and Term Two efforts.
• In boys' football, St Joseph’s High School Kitale claimed their first national title, while Butere Girls Red Commandos won their third consecutive national gong in girls' football, with Metrin Kitiavi named MVP.
• Cheptil High School (boys) and Kwanthanze Secondary School (girls) successfully defended their national volleyball titles.
• St Peter’s Mumias returned to national rugby 7s success, and Kinale Girls won the girls' rugby 7s title.
• Oyugi Ogango defended their netball title with a 57-29 victory over St Joseph’s Girls High School Kitale.
