Nairobi traffic police have advised motorists to avoid Thika Road on August 7 unless attending the Harambee Stars vs Angola Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) match at Moi International Sports Complex, Kasarani. This advisory comes as authorities plan full or partial road closures around the stadium to manage traffic for the 7:00 PM kickoff.

• Affected roads include Aerodrome Road (full closure from Madaraka Roundabout to Bunyala Roundabout) and Lang’ata Road (one side closed between Madaraka Roundabout and Lusaka Roundabout).
• Nairobi Traffic Commandant Joseph Chirchir warned of heavy traffic and urged motorist cooperation.
