Siaya Governor James Orengo made his first public appearance in nearly a month, dispelling rumors about his health and dismissing a forged resignation letter. He declared himself “very much alive” and “stronger than ever” at the funeral of former Karachuonyo Member of Parliament Dr. Phoebe Asiyo in Homa Bay County.
