The death toll from a tragic road accident in Kisumu has risen to 26 after another victim succumbed to injuries, as the government pledges full support to the affected families. The accident victims are receiving treatment at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital (JOOTRH).
