• The Bill proposes Kshs 1 million for every goal scored, point earned, or equivalent scoring unit achieved, and an additional Kshs 1 million for each win at an international sporting event.
• The incentives would be paid from the Sports Fund within thirty days of an event's conclusion, aiming for consistency and fairness in rewarding exemplary performance across all sporting disciplines.
