The High Court has dismissed a petition challenging the appointment of Mary Kimonye as Vice Chairperson of the Public Service Commission (PSC), along with three other commissioners. Justice Bahati Mwamuye ruled that the petitioner, Dr. Magare Gikenyi, failed to prove infringement, irrationality, or procedural impropriety in the appointments made by President William Ruto.
