Westlands is set to gain another prominent hotel residence, the Le Mirage Residences by CityBlue along Parklands Road, which will become the area's second tallest after the JW Marriott.

• The development will feature 256 units of one to three-bedroom apartments and is expected to be completed by the last quarter of 2027.
• The project is a partnership between CityBlue Hotels, led by chief executive Jameel Verjee, and SMB Properties.
• The property is already 50 percent sold, and its construction by SMB Properties will adhere to blue zone building standards, incorporating green features.
