The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has announced nationwide delegate elections in 43 counties to be held on Monday, August 25, 2025. This follows the party's earlier dismissal of various county election coordinators in Nairobi, Migori, and Siaya County.

• The elections will take place in all counties except Nairobi, Migori, Homa Bay, and Kisumu.
• Aspirants for county positions are required to pay application fees ranging from Ksh1,000 for non-executive roles to Ksh10,000 for chairperson positions.
• The National Elections Coordinating Committee (NECC) will oversee the electoral process.
