• He demanded budget transparency, specifically identifying the budget line for empowerment drives and cash handouts, with full accounting of expenditure and beneficiaries.
• Maraga called for comprehensive investigations into mega-scandals including the Ksh44.8 billion missing from eCitizen and millions wired to ghost schools, with public disclosure of results.
• He also demanded the reinstatement of all discontinued corruption cases from the Uhuru era and the removal of implicated individuals from office until cleared by courts, advocating for equal accountability across all government branches.
