The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA), in a joint operation with the National Police Service, has arrested nine people in Eastleigh, Nairobi, during a crackdown on unlicensed parcel and courier service providers. This action targets firms operating without the necessary licenses under Section 67 of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998.

• Nine individuals were arrested, and items like parcels and receipts were seized as exhibits.
