The National Land Commission (NLC) has officially reserved a 5.916-hectare (approximately 14-acre) land parcel for the expansion of the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), Makueni Wote Campus in Wote Township, Makueni County.

• The land, designated L.R. No. 33890, is reserved exclusively for medical training college and ancillary services.
• The KMTC Makueni Wote Campus will manage the land but cannot part with its possession without written consent from the NLC.
• Within 180 days, the campus must submit a development plan to the NLC for approval, or risk revocation of the management orders.
