NACADA’s Digital Licensing Overhaul: What Alcohol Importers Need to Know

The new shift is set to affect importers, exporters and other stakeholders in the alcohol trading sector...
✨ Key Highlights
The National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) announced a significant digital overhaul for alcohol licensing in Kenya. - NACADA reassured stakeholders that existing fees and charges remain unchanged, with payments continuing via the eCitizen platform, integrated into the TFP.
- Licenses issued before the deadline will remain valid but their details must be entered into the TFP system to align with new automated workflows for efficient cargo clearance.
