The Kenya Moja political movement has demanded the immediate resignation of Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale and Social Health Authority (SHA) Chief Executive Officer Mercy Mwangangi, alleging a “well-calculated scandal” involving misuse of public funds. They claim SHA is paying facilities that are closed or non-existent, citing Sipili Maternity and Nursing Home, which allegedly received 5 million shillings despite being shut down.
