• President Ruto spoke at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi during the commemoration of the 15th anniversary of the Constitution's promulgation on August 27, 2010.
• The President announced that the day will henceforth be marked annually as Katiba Day.
• His administration has automated over 22,000 government services, significantly increasing daily revenue collection from KSh60 million to over KSh1 billion.
• He challenged Parliament and the Judiciary to address corruption within their ranks and emphasized strengthening devolution, allocating an unprecedented KSh415 billion to counties in the Division of Revenue Act, 2025.
