Kenya is set to host the Africa Zone Three Championships in Nairobi from October 15-25, a significant international boxing event for the first time in two decades. The tournament will feature teams from 14 Zone Three member countries, with eight already confirmed.
- The event will be held at Kenyatta International Convention Centre.
- Anthony 'Jamal' Ombok, who was re-elected as President of the Boxing Federation of Kenya on February 1, 2025, also serves as the President of Africa Zone Three.
- Kenya will be allowed to field two teams as hosts and aims to snatch the overall title from defending champions Democratic Republic of Congo.
