Nairobi has been ranked as the fourth wealthiest city in Africa by the number of dollar millionaires, according to the Africa Wealth Report 2025 by Henley & Partners and New World Wealth. The city hosts 4,200 resident dollar millionaires and 10 dollar centi-millionaires.

• Kenya counts a total of 6,800 dollar millionaires and 16 centi-millionaires, placing it fifth among Africa's "Big 5" wealth markets.
• Group Head of Private Clients at Henley & Partners, Dominic Volek, stated that Sub-Saharan Africa's economy is forecast to grow by 3.7% in 2025.
• About 400 people in Kenya slipped from the dollar millionaire list between 2024 and 2025.
