The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) is inviting aspirants for its ticket in the upcoming Ugunja and Kasipul by-elections, scheduled for November 27, 2025. Additionally, ODM plans to field candidates in several county assembly ward by-elections across various regions.

• Application forms are available at Chungwa House headquarters or can be downloaded from the ODM website.
• The deadline for submission of applications is Monday, September 8, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., as confirmed by NECC Chairperson Emily Awita.
• Application fees for a Member of County Assembly position are Sh50,000 for men and Sh25,000 for women, youth, and persons with disabilities.
• For National Assembly and Senate seats, men will pay Sh250,000, while other categories pay Sh125,000.
