• The LSK is compiling a database of unresolved cases of persecution against advocates, including abductions and kidnappings, to be submitted to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
• The Society emphasized that these incidents violate Article 29 of the Constitution, which guarantees the right to security and freedom from arbitrary detention, and specifically recalled cases like those of Oscar Kingara, Willie Kimani, and Njau Kiyai.
