Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has urged young Kenyans to demand accountability from leaders while resisting political exploitation and violence. His remarks came during an address to youth leaders, artists, content creators, and musicians in Tharaka Nithi.

• Kindiki emphasized that youth should "ask us and everyone in leadership the hard questions" but "not allow yourself to be taken advantage of to destroy your country."
• He cited youth unemployment as a key concern, highlighting government initiatives such as Kazi Kwa Ground, Kazi Mtandaoni, and Kazi Majuu to create job opportunities.
• The government is also overhauling the education system through the Competency-Based Education and Training model to align skills with market needs.
