President William Ruto has officially accepted the credentials of nine new envoys to Kenya, who pledged to strengthen bilateral ties and advance mutual interests. The ceremony took place at State House, Nairobi, on Wednesday.

• New ambassadors include Ambassadors Tyas Baskoro Her Witjaksono Adji (Indonesia), Jaime Alejandro (Spain), Riina-Riikka Heikka (Finland), Maroš Mitrík (Slovak), Dzmitry Krasouski (Belarus), Leon Francois Yandouma (Congo), Håkan Åkesson (Sweden), Gideon Behar (Israel), and High Commissioner Joshua Brebner Tabah (Canada).
• Ambassador Adji of Indonesia highlighted potential cooperation in areas like the blue economy, mining, transportation, and defense.
