Kenya is set to host its inaugural Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Innovation Summit from September 16–18 at Strathmore Business School in Nairobi to address the country's growing e-waste crisis. The summit aims to bring together Kenyan and German experts, businesses, and policymakers to find practical solutions for the 80,000 tons of e-waste generated annually, of which only a small fraction is recycled.
