A woman known as the “Ketamine Queen,” Jasveen Sangha, 42, has pleaded guilty in relation to the overdose death of actor Matthew Perry. Sangha admitted to five charges, including distributing ketamine that resulted in death or bodily injury.

• Her sentencing hearing is scheduled for December 10 in Los Angeles.
• She is one of five individuals, including two medical doctors and Perry’s assistant, who have agreed to plead guilty to charges in the case.
