The Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ) and the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) have forged a joint strategy to enhance accountability and address public complaints regarding service delivery and police conduct in Kenya.

• The meeting was co-chaired by CAJ Chairperson Charles Dulo and IPOA Chairperson Ahmed Issack Hassan.
• The institutions plan to embrace technology, explore automation of services, and set up desks in Huduma Centres to improve accessibility, recognizing their limited presence in counties.
