The move follows recent announcements by Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen and President William Ruto regarding the immediate start of the large-scale recruitment drive.

• A total of 10,000 constables will be recruited, with 4,000 earmarked from the National Youth Service (NYS).
• The NPSC approved a comprehensive roadmap, emphasizing transparency and merit-based selection.
