• Investigators confiscated Mokaya's gadgets before obtaining a search warrant, a move challenged by defense lawyers from the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
• Mokaya was granted a bond of Ksh. 100,000 or a cash bail of Ksh. 50,000.
