- Practitioners must display a valid 2025 practice licence, retention card, and Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) licence.
- The assessment will cover Turkana, West Pokot, Trans Nzoia, Nandi, Uasin Gishu, Elgeyo Marakwet, and Baringo counties.
- Those employing unlicensed veterinary practitioners face a fine of up to Ksh100,000 or imprisonment for at least one year, or both.
