The High Court has blocked TechnoService Limited's request to cross-examine Kendi Nderitu, former Country Manager for Microsoft East Africa, in an ongoing commercial dispute. Justice Peter Mulwa ruled that TechnoService failed to provide sufficient grounds for such an action.

• Microsoft defended the affidavit, stating Nderitu swore it in her official capacity and that the disputed issues, like the widely reported 2014 sale of Nokia’s handset business, were public record.
