The High Court has temporarily halted the mandatory use of Kenya's Electronic Government Procurement System (e-GPS), ruling that public entities can submit tender documents either electronically or manually. This decision comes amidst a public disagreement between President William Ruto, the Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi, and the Council of Governors over the system's implementation.
