• Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna, also ODM's secretary general, announced the celebratory events, which include a youth summit, a women's convention, a youth concert, and a football tournament involving teams like Gor Mahia, AFC Leopards, Bandari FC, and Shabana FC.
• Despite recently entering an "unusual partnership" with President William Ruto's United Democratic Alliance (UDA), the ODM aims to reaffirm its commitment to democracy, justice, and the people of Kenya as a "beacon of hope" and "defender of justice."
