More than 300 youths in Kisumu County will receive loans up to Ksh1 million each through a new aquaculture program aimed at empowering them to start fish cage farming businesses. This initiative, a partnership between the Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEDF), Aquaculture Barn, and a local bank, seeks to address food security and youth unemployment.
