• Dennis Ombachi and Walter Mochache, MCAs for Marani and Kiogoro respectively, expressed frustration over the unfulfilled promises, including the Suneka Airstrip, a cancer center, and a bypass.
• The MCAs emphasized that similar proposals were presented to the President during New Year celebrations at Kisii State Lodge, suggesting these repeat visits are unnecessary.
• Walter Mochache indicated support for Dr. Fred Matiang’i's presidential bid and urged increased voter registration for the 2027 general elections, implying that those who visited State House betrayed the community.
