Speaking on Friday, September 12, in Kisii County, Murkomen directed police to arrest criminals using boda bodas and ensure full compliance with licensing laws.

• The directive follows incidents where boda boda riders allegedly burnt vehicles, including a 14-seater matatu in Luanda, Vihiga County, and a Super Metro minibus near Juja Estate in Kiambu County.
