Yango Group, an international tech company, has launched its new automotive venture, Yango Motors, in Côte d’Ivoire. This move extends Yango Group’s presence in the African mobility sector, following its recent investment in Kenyan startup BuuPass.

• Yango Motors will serve as an official distributor for Chinese brands Bestune and Kaiyi, offering models tailored to local needs with competitive pricing and financing options.
• Kadotien Alassane Soro, Country Head at Yango Côte d’Ivoire, stated that the initiative aims to provide adapted, reliable, and affordable cars to support Ivorians' daily journeys.
• Founded in 2018, Yango Group operates in over 30 countries globally and its investment arm, Yango Ventures, recently launched a US$20 million corporate venture fund.
