The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has issued a 21-day ultimatum to Kenya's National Anti-Doping Organisation (NADO) to respond to alleged non-compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code, threatening sanctions if claims are not disputed.

WADA's Compliance Review Committee (CRC) accused NADO of failing to meet international anti-doping standards following an audit in May 2024.
The ultimatum puts Kenya at risk of being barred from hosting WADA-related sports events, including the proposed 2029 World Athletics Championship bid.
WADA stated non-compliance decisions and consequences would come into force on October 2, 2025, if unresolved.
