Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee Party has announced it will not field a candidate in the upcoming Mbeere North by-election, opting instead to support the joint opposition candidate. This decision was confirmed by Pauline Njoroge, the Deputy Organizing Secretary, dismissing any contrary reports.

• The by-election for the Mbeere North parliamentary seat is slated for November 27, 2025.
• The Jubilee Party’s National Executive Council (NEC), chaired by H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta, has not issued nomination papers to any aspirant.
• The seat became vacant after Geoffrey Ruku was appointed to the position of Cabinet Secretary for Public Service.
