Vihiga County has become the first devolved unit in Kenya to enroll over 3,000 of its employees and their dependents into the new healthcare package spearheaded by the Social Health Authority (SHA). This agreement, marked by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), allows county staff to access medical services at their chosen hospitals.
